The hotel recently been remodeled and a climb up circular stairways brings you to a dreamy roof top bar where you can enjoy delicious tapas and sip tasty tropical drinks. With virtually a 360 degress view, over the tops of the palm trees, you see the beach and beautiful blue Ocean in one direction and in another tropical jungle and the mountains beyond. Chef Olman Mejías has added his culinary creativity to this special atmosphere. Whether you are eating tapas on the roof or a full meal under the palapa of the most beautiful dining rancho downstairs at our restaurant, ther are many original crations you will be there to enjoy. We offer a varied international menu at our restaurant down stairs and a varied "tapas" menu with a well stocked bar, on our roof top terrace
